2.2 Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed. This email acts as a contract between you and Scenic Photography Prints.

2.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or any fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated separately.

3.2 We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

3.3 Payments must be completed at the time of order. We do not offer payment plans or credit options.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We deliver within the UK and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location.

4.2 Once an order is dispatched, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

4.3 If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 We offer a 30-day return policy for non-customized products. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

5.2 To initiate a return, contact us with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

5.3 Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Customized or made-to-order prints are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as production may have begun.

6.2 If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All images, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Scenic Photography Prints and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7.2 Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical product but not the rights to reproduce or distribute the image commercially.

8. Liability

8.2 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product in question.
